Peru: marketing project and introduction of Peru brand

This project began in 2013, marketing Peru-based fish products and creating a trademark.

Disglobal Fish helped create a business strategy and a brand for the products that the company would like to market in Europe.

This project is set to begin in early 2015, with an estimated annual output of 8,000 tons.

Spain: fish farm, import and marketing project.

This project began in 2013, setting out to transform fresh products from the company’s fish farms into top quality frozen products.

Disglobal Fish developed a production system for the product to keep all its qualities and taste, while also creating a business structure to meet the national and international sales requirements of these products and overseeing the organisation of the logistics department.

We continue to develop this project today, along with a new product innovation project. We estimate that once the entire project has been completed, the output will be 3,500 tons/year.

Morocco: processing and marketing project.

This project began in 2013 with the intention of filleting, freezing, distributing and innovating products, based on natural fresh fish resources caught by an in-house fleet of boats and subsequent processing.

Disglobal Fish worked on this project by organising production processes, product innovation, marketing and logistics, as well as by incorporating a quality inspection department.

We continue to work on this project today, while also developing a new production and marketing project that we will implement in early 2015.

With the current project we contribute to an annual output of 600 tons, and once fully completed the forecast is for 1200 tons annually.

Vietnam: processing and marketing project.

This project began in 2013 with the intention of filleting, freezing and distributing fish products, based on natural fresh fish resources and turning them into frozen fillets.

Disglobal Fish worked on this project by organising production processes and marketing the end product, as well as by arranging logistics to deliver the product to the customer and incorporating a quality inspection department.

We continue to work on this project today, contributing to an annual output of 90 tons.

Spain: import, marketing and product development project.

This project began in 2012 by giving support to the company for the purchase of products abroad, as well as their subsequent marketing in Spain. A product innovation phase was then incorporated into the project.

Disglobal Fish worked on this project by making purchases in several countries such as China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Morocco and Peru. There was also marketing support in Spain for different products, resulting in a new reference product being brought to market.

We continue to work on this project today on the import and product innovation front, with an annual output of 190 tons.

China: processing and marketing project.

This project began in 2011 with the intention of filleting, freezing and distributing fish products, based on natural fresh fish resources and turning them into frozen fillets.

We continue to work on this project today, contributing to an annual output of 800 tons.

Spain: import and marketing project.

This project for a domestic company began in 2014 to develop a purchasing system in foreign countries and its subsequent marketing in Spain.

Disglobal Fish worked with this company on purchasing and importing products from China and Morocco, as well as creating a business structure for the sale of these products in Spain.

We continue to develop this project today, incorporating new items and suppliers. We estimate that once the entire project has been completed, there will be an output of 900 tones per year.
