Morocco: processing and marketing project.

This project began in 2013 with the intention of filleting, freezing, distributing and innovating products, based on natural fresh fish resources caught by an in-house fleet of boats and subsequent processing.

Disglobal Fish worked on this project by organising production processes, product innovation, marketing and logistics, as well as by incorporating a quality inspection department.

We continue to work on this project today, while also developing a new production and marketing project that we will implement in early 2015.

With the current project we contribute to an annual output of 600 tons, and once fully completed the forecast is for 1200 tons annually.
